Hello guys,
During our vacation in the south of France we were thinking about you and we organized the karting session of July

So concretely:


When ? : July 15, 2011

Where ? : Prestige Karting Le Luc (Var) France

How much ? : 90euros (for food + Karting (40min) + pool)

Machines: 9cv kart (270)

Location: Route des Mayons 83340 Le Luc

Maximum : 60 drivers

Registration : 15 € of deposit to pay to the association GT5 racing spirit or GTracing association.

Once 60 drivers have enrolled , registrations will be closed.

Program:

-Rendez-vous is at 11am for everyone
-Making make contact with other pilots pilots (getting to know each others)
-Then comes the weighing (90kg max for ballast)
-We will eat a buffet (charcuterie. ..)

- After that, the first 15 pilots who have finished eating will go on the circuit for 10 min of practicing. Once the session is over, 15 other pilots will enter the circuit for practicing, and so on…
- After we will go for qualifications, on the same schema that the practice. 15 pilots at the same time and for 10 minutes
-Then the time realized by each pilot during qualification will determine in which group the pilots will compte. The 15 best times will give the group A, position 16 to 30 will go in group b and so on…
- Award ceremony for all the groups

For accompanying persons:

- The swimming pool is available the whole day
- Sunbathing
- Buffet : 20€ per person
